In this episode, Jim sits down (over Zoom) with Richard Mashburn from RTO National to discuss the importance of payments and technology in the industry. We talk about his connection and background in the banking industry as well as how he ended up doing RTO and getting into portable buildings.

He goes on to share some of the exciting things they’re cooking up over at RTO National, including their new (free) dealer management system.
